A Short Story of Mine — a Film-noir-esque Tale — Published at Red Fez

    • Thank you Susan. Yes, I noticed the typo and a couple of formatting issues, which I take no responsibility for. :) Well .. kidding aside, the editor issued a blanket apology. He was getting the issue ready for print while working on releasing a novel.

  2. Fantastic if chilling story, Silvia. You had me guessing all along what might happen, what had gone wrong… Then a very satisfying ending. Kudos!

  3. Ditto for me, Syvia. Great writing, suspenseful. Congratulations!

  4. Congrats on your publication, Silvia, and on a great story. You really know how to create suspense!

  5. I have it opened up to read when I give myself some free time today. Buried in A-Z email business, but it’s all good. I will catch up, and then I have what is sure to be a good read waiting for me!

  6. Awesome story, Silvia! Sorry I missed this one on IWW, but then again, there probably wasn’t much in way of crits to sink my teeth into ;) Great job building and holding tension–my stomach’s still in knots :D
